Registration Information:

All attendees must register for the conference. The registration fee includes entrance to the sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, the reception, and the banquet. The registration process will give you the opportunity to purchase social event tickets for accompanying persons. Payment may be made by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) when registering on-line or by mailing a check in US dollars along with the registration form. It is also possible to register online and then pay at the door.

$375 Early Registration Fee
(payment received or check postmarked on or before August 15, 2013)
$425 Regular Registration Fee
$475 Late Registration Fee (after October 15, 2013)

Refunds:
Requests for refunds must be received at the UH Conference Center by November 1, 2013, in writing. A cancellation fee of $35 will be charged. No refunds will be made thereafter. Please allow 4-5 weeks for processing.

Parking:
Limited parking available in the shared Pagoda and Ross' parking structure located across from Pagoda Hotel on Kanunu Street, floors 4 and above. Parking validation for 8 hours, then $1 each hour for a maximum of 3 hours, thereafter, $2 each 30 minutes.
