Abstracts:

Abstract submission opening date:     July 5, 2013
Abstract submission close date:         September 15, 2013       

We will be using CERN's INDICO software to handle the electronic submission of abstract. We do not use CERN's user database. It is a simple, straightforward system which does not allow the use of Greek/Math symbols, superscripts or subscripts. The term track means, in our case, parallel session topic.

Please submit your abstract without figures. Submitters are requested to indicate properly classify their abstracts in the respective tracks (parallel session) on the abstract submission form.

Decisions will be made around the end of September and communicated by email to the submitters.

1. login to University of Hawai'i HEPG Indico server
   (if you are a new user, you will have to create an account first)
2. Enter Abstract Title
3. Enter Abstract Content
4. Select your presentation type: oral
5. You have to add/select at least one primary author.
6. You may add any co-authors.
7. Required: select your track
8. Click on submit button
9. you will receive an acknowledgement email of your submittal
