Registration Information:
All attendees must register for the conference. The registration fee includes entrance to the sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, the reception, and the banquet. The registration process will give you the opportunity to purchase social event tickets for accompanying persons. Payment may be made by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) when registering on-line or by mailing a check in US dollars along with the registration form. It is also possible to register online and then pay at the door.
Registration Fee:
$325 Early Registration Fee
(payment received or check postmarked on or before April 16, 2012)
$375 Regular Registration Fee (after April 16, 2012)

Refunds: Requests for refunds must be received at the UH Conference Center by May 1, 2012, in writing. A cancellation fee of $35 will be charged. No refunds will be made thereafter. Please allow 4-5 weeks for processing.
Parking: Limited parking will be available at the East-West Center for $5/day.
