 1. Report on ATF2 beamline construction  [John]
     1. -->Extraction line surveyed in, beam pipe beign put together
        (JF, Mitsuhashi, Naitoh)
     2. -->Have to do some work on wiring up vac. pump + sensor +
        valve
     3. -->Want to get a quote for polished Be window, as current one
        has rough surface.
 2. Update on Fermionics procurement/mounting plans [Gary]
     1. -->Fermionics will epoxy down sensor, Optomech will "print"
        traces.  Need angled board to attach to detector (UH machine
        shop).
     2. -->Lightspin: practicing wirebonding, will also have Optomech
        print for later versions.
 3. Confirmation of specs for next generation readout  [discussion]
     1. 64 vs. 128 readout channels?
         1. -->128 for this year, with goal of 256 by the time
            SuperKEKB comes on (256 will require custom
            charge-sensitive amplifier, to be developed from next
            year.)
         2. -->ATF needs 64 @ 50 um pitch, or 128 @ 25 um pitch
         3. -->SuperKEKB needs 128  50 um pitch, or 256 @ 25 um pitch
     2. 3 board types?
         1. sensor board (Optomec traces to breakout connector)
         2. Intermediate amplifier card
         3. STURM2-based readout (includes FPGAs/USB/fiber link)
             1. -->All sounds good.  Swappable amp card may be handy
                for dyn. range tweaking.
     3. Needed gain?  (60dB)
         1. -->60+ dB overall gain, with attenuators between stages.
     4. ROE2 back-end?  (electrically similar, but higher density)
         1. -->Gary considering ways to re-use UH XFEL back-end
     5. Manpower?  [may have to muscle and do myself...]
 4. STURM2 further firmware development
     1. -->Will discuss further next week (JF will study VHDL more,
        and poke around more).
 5. AOB?
     1. -->Possible postdoc (depending on his interest), would start
        in December at earliest if he decides to join XRM project.
