Varner , John Flanagan , "Kenney, Christopher J." , "Segal, Julie" , "Hasi, Jasmine" , jussi malin Subject: Minutes John: We seem to get most of the resolution improvement by 50 um, with only marginal improvements below that, and mostly at ultra-small beam sizes ( a few microns), which are beam sizes we are unlikely to see at SuperKEKB. if we need smaller uncertainty contours (for low-current running, e.g.), then we are better off doubling up the detector width to increase photon flux. --Decision: go to 50 um pitch, 128 pixels total. Julie: Spectrometer capacitance not balanced between pads now. Could move pads to back to equalize, if needed. If balanced, average would be ~2.7 pF. --Decision: do the overall balanced capacitance layout Jasmine: Wafers being sent out for implant
