Update from OSU:  
================

Status of the various boards:

DDA:   	Testing will resume once get ATRI out the door. 
----	

ATRI:	Design review of the schematics and almost completed layout.
-----	Executive summary:  no major issues found.
	
Detailed comments on the schematics:

1) Confirm GPS Rx/Tx line definitions for serial comms
2) Check /RST pin on SI 5367/8
3) MAX3226 Rx/Tx definitions check as well


TDA:	4x channels selected
----	Design review needed, after complete schematic/layout
	First confirm performance of test amp board

Help from the Europeans planned on various aspects of firmware/software for Pico-blaze, etc.;
however no updates this week.


Update from NTU:
================

Main issue is still not getting TSA from firmware.  Patrick suggests to check if build
really successful.

NTU to send a detailed problem report via e-mail.


Update from UH:
===============

Will do further testing on boards likely won't happen until after NASA review/ANITA
Collaboration meeting.


Action items:
=============

Coordinate a Belgium friendly phase time for alternate meetings.

ATRI submission confirmation and TDA status, getting firmware running at NTU 
highest priorities for this next week.

Standard Taiwan phase meeting shifting to 10pm EDT, 4pm HST, 10am Taiwan
