3.125 MHz sine wave data was fit with a sine function where the fit function allowed the frequency, phase, baseline, and amplitude to vary. For each fit, the residuals were computed for each timebin. Doing this for 2000 events, the average and RMS residuals were computed for each timebin and for 10 different bins of phase.
