BEAST Shift Schedule (February-April)

COSMIC RAY SHIFTERS now cover the routine operation of the BEAST.
To sign up for cosmic ray shifts go to Tsukuba B-3 or contact
Sumiyoshi-san (sumiyosh@bwg03.kek.jp).


Duties include:

Monitoring of BEAST
Beginning and ending runs 
Recording unusual events and run information
Maintenance of tube HV 
Maintenance of BEAST SVD
Running and resetting BEAST DAQ


Note that KEK-B uses BEAST for real time monitoring 
of accelerator background. Please contact an expert 
if there is a problem with BEAST.


Drift tube trips: Current limiting supplies are now used
MOSFET reads: The MOSFET noise problem has been fixed. 
The MOSFET values are now automatically recorded by the DAQ.
