CONFERENCE DESCRIPTION

• The conference will be held November 4-8, 2002 at the Keauhou Beach
  Resort, Kailua, Kona, Hawaii. 
  

• Conference sessions will be held in the Kahaluu III room in the hotel.
  

• There will be a welcome reception on Monday evening, November 4
  in the Kalanikai area located on the hotel grounds overlooking the
  ocean.
  

• There will be a banquet dinner on Thursday evening, November 7 in the Royal Garden.
  

• Reception and banquet fees for conference participants are included in the
  registration fee.
  

• Registration fee also covers coffee breaks and a copy of the proceedings.
  

• Hotel reservations must be made directly with the hotel and no later than
  October 3, 2002. Reservations received after Oct 3rd will be at the
  group rate but on a space available basis. We strongly recommend that
  room reservations be made early as there are no other hotels in the
  immediate area.
  

• Registration will be available after July 1st

Regular registration     Sept 1-Oct 9          $300
Late registration           After Oct 9            $350

• IMPORTANT: Even if you plan to pay on site, it is mandatory that we
  receive the registration form before Oct 9th. 

• An overhead projector for transparencies and a computer display projector will be provided.
