NANOMEDICINE
WORKSHOP
Organized by Prof. K. Sattler, Dept. of Physics, UH Manoa, sattler@hawaii.edu
Wednesday
March 19, 2:00-5:00 pm, Bilger Hall 150
Nanomedicine is the application
of nanotechnology to the prevention and treatment of disease in the human body.
This discipline is in its infancy. It has the potential to change medical
science dramatically in the 21st century. In this workshop a group of
scientists from UH and Japan will come together to discuss areas of their
research related to nanomedical applications. Everybody is welcome to attend the
workshop.
