Jeff's Update

March 2007 -- I've just returned from 3 months in Antarctica and a week long conference at the Chateau Lake Louise. New photos are now posted at my photos page and more will be added in the near future. I also plan on adding some videos since I haven't done that in a while so keep checking my videos page updates.

ANITA

The ANtarctic Impulsive Transient Antenna (ANITA) is a radio telescope designed to detect ultra high-energy (UHE) neutrinos of cosmic origin. The ANITA payload has just flown a 35 day flight after being launched on December 15th, 2006 from Williams Field, Antarctica. Photos and videos can be found on My ANITA page along with firmware documentation, some photos and videos from our engineering flight (EM flight), data sheets, packing lists, and other ANITA related links.

Photos

I'll be adding photos regularly, mostly from hikes and adventures here in Hawai'i but occasionally I get off the island so you might see some other festivities i've partaken in. My friend, Junaid, asked me to make a webpage for his photos from the Pacific Crest Trail (John Muir Trail) that he hiked this summer. If you're interested, go to the page I created for Junaid.

I'm not sure where this came from but I thought it was pretty funny.
