For the Ohana Hotels we get Greenline Member (#397) rates. Only our office is authorized to reserve the room through Greenline Agent. Send email with arrival and departure information, with credit card number, to josie@phys.hawaii.edu, attention Josephine Nanao, or phone the UHHEPG office at 1-808-956-7391 during office hours (M-F, 800-1630 HST). For Queen Kapiolani and Ocean Resort Hotel, just call the reservation number and mention the corporate id number.
NOTES FOR ALL HOTELS LISTED ABOVE:
1) For Ohana Hotels and Outrigger Hotels only our office is authorized to make reservation. If HEPG office makes the reservation 1 night's deposit is waived. Please let us know in advance for changes or cancellation on hotel reservation.
2) All rates are subject to 11.96% tax and can be (and often are) changed without notice. Parking rates are per day.
3) Three days cancellation notice prior to arrival is required to avoid a penalty charge.
4) For a car package (Dollar Rent a Car): You must have a major credit card and at least 25 years old with a driver's license. Rental car includes an automatic, sub-compact with air conditioning and free mileage (gas, insurance, drop-off charges and incidentals not included). Ohana/Outrigger Hotels & Queen Kapiolani offer room/car package. We need flight information for car rental.

Dormitory rooms with shared bathroom facilities
Telephone service, bedding and linen are provided in all rooms. Room cleaning services, towels and soap are not provided. Towel packets are available at the front desk for a nominal cost. Double rooms are furnished with 2 single beds.
Single room $26 per night. Double room (single or double occupancy) $35 per night. Parking $3/day.

Rooms with private bathrooms and cable TV.
Bedding, linen and towels are provided. Rooms are cleaned Monday through Friday. All apartments have only one double bed.

There is a cancellation charge equivalent to one night's rent will be charged if an individual guest reservation is not cancelled at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival. Please notify the E-W Center Housing Reservations office ((808) 944-7805) of any changes in arrival or departure dates/time. The check in time is 2:00; check out is 10:00 am.
