He said that to populate ~40 more boards would cost about $5k. I checked with our SLAC designer, and got a quote today indicating that to produce 45 PC boards would cost $1.5k (it will take ~15 days to do it for this price). So, we could have 48 boards for about $6.5k, fully loaded. I do not know yet if the Maryland tech would be available to load components, but that would be preferable by me. That is if Maryland people are willing to absorb some cost. I asked him to send me one loaded board, so we could decide what kind of connector we need on it. I will send it to you, once I inspect it. I am including a circuit diagram of this amplifier, and PC board layout, which goes with it. I have a gerber file as well. One board has 16 channels, components are on both sides. Let me know what is your feel how should we proceed. I am confident that this amplifier will serve us well. We basically used it on the 1-st prototype. Regards, Jerry
