1)For New Otani Kaimana Beach Hotel only our office is authorized to make reservation for special rate. If HEPG office makes the reservation 1 night's deposit is waived but we need a credit card number to hold the reservation. Please let us know in advance for changes or cancellation on hotel reservation.
2) For Castle and Resorts & Hotels reservation, please call the central reservation (877)367-1914 or email them at Business@castleresorts.com, mention the account name (UH Department of Physics & Astronomy) and corporate club ID(#21264).
3) All rates are subject to 12.962% tax and can be (and often are) changed without notice. Room reservations are based on space availability & some restrictions may apply. Parking rates are per day.

Dormitory rooms with shared bathroom facilities
Telephone service, bedding and linen are provided in all rooms. Room cleaning services, towels and soap are not provided. Towel packets are available at the front desk for a nominal cost. Double rooms are furnished with 2 single beds.
Single room $27 per night. Double room (single or double occupancy) $37 per night. Parking $4/day (Zone 20).

Rooms with private bathrooms and cable TV.
Bedding, linen and towels are provided. Rooms are cleaned Monday through Friday. All apartments have only one double bed.

There is a cancellation charge equivalent to one night's rent will be charged if an individual guest reservation is not cancelled at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival. Please notify the E-W Center Housing Reservations office ((808) 944-7805) of any changes in arrival or departure dates/time. The check in time is 2:00; check out is 10:00 am.
